14-day returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Original shipping and return shipping costs are not refunded.
Return condition
Products may be returned new or slightly used. Please keep them in clean, resalable condition and include any original packaging.

Contact help@szcases.com before sending an item back. Include your order number and a short explanation so our team can provide the correct return instructions.
Return shipping and exchanges
Returns are accepted by mail only. Customers are responsible for the return shipping label and cost. We do not charge a restocking fee. We do not offer direct exchanges; return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. If it has not shipped, we may be able to help. Once an order ships, it must follow the return process above.
